I’m a fully accredited Counselling Psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I work with both adults and teenagers.

I have over 30 years’ experience in School Guidance & Counselling, working with teenagers as they navigate secondary school and beyond.

I have always been drawn to work that supports people through difficult times, important decisions and periods of change. I believe that having someone to listen, without judgement, can make a real difference.

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore whatever is going on for you.

Sessions are available in person in Meath or online.
